What will be your mission? As Organizer Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring the correct execution of the events in the hotel in which it is located, through coordination with the different departments. What will you do? • Organise events and events requested by clients ensuring the correct execution by the different departments of the hotel. • Conduct daily meetings with the service captains to review the contracts for each of the day's events. • Deliver in advance the information of the events to the different departments, so that they are prepared and executed according to their responsibility. • With their responsibility. • Make the schedules and programming of the service captains for each event. • Reporting of shifts for the corresponding payment. • Perform quotations and requests for events. • Exceed our client's expectations, making them feel special through details and surprises. • To understand the customer's requirements and expectations and coordinate with the relevant departments to meet their needs. • To offer different possibilities of both external and internal services. • To have a thorough knowledge of the services offered by the hotel, the company, and the destination. What are we looking for? • 3 years experience as event coordinator. • Previous hotel experience. • Sales experience. • Very valuable experience in hotel management tools, as well as sales skills and techniques. • Office skills (Office package), and knowledge of hotel systems will be an asset. • Degree in Tourism. • Good level of English both verbal and written.
