We are accepting internship applications for Kitchen and House Team positions at The Largo. As an intern, you will be integrated into a high-performing hospitality environment, gaining hands-on experience across daily operations in either Kitchen or guest-facing service (House Team). You will support the team in delivering an exceptional guest experience, while developing technical skills, operational awareness, and a strong understanding of luxury hospitality standards. This is a learning-focused role within a structured and demanding environment. Interns will be exposed to real service situations, guided training, and close mentorship from experienced professionals across departments. Responsibilities include supporting daily operations, assisting senior team members, maintaining service standards, contributing to smooth guest experiences, and actively engaging in training and development opportunities.
