Join us in pioneering a new way of living that harmoniously blends work, learning, and adventure, enabling families to thrive in a connected and dynamic world. 🙌 The Role A locally-based role in Estepona responsible for the upkeep of Boundless Homes, the Boundless Hub, and the Education Center. You'll set up and maintain properties between family cohorts, manage contractor relationships (plumbers, electricians, internet, movers), log and resolve maintenance issues within 24–48 hours, and support renovations and cohort transitions (audits, painting, furniture setup). You'll work closely with Operations, Customer Experience, and Education teams to keep everything running smoothly for families. Requirements: Conversational English, 2+ years of maintenance experience in hotels/aparthotels/tourist apartments, and must live in Estepona.
