Our dynamic team of 17 sales professionals, based across Spain, The Netherlands, and Italy, acts as the full commercial extension of leading hotels throughout Europe; driving growth, building partnerships, and unlocking new markets. Sales Manager, Asian Department Objective of the Role: Are you a committed and client-focused professional with a strong interest in the travel and hospitality industry? We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Asia Department with a deep understanding of the Asian travel market and culture. Your mission will be to drive sales, strengthen client relationships, and identify new business opportunities for our European hotel partners across key Asian markets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand our client portfolio across Asia, ensuring exceptional account performance and partner satisfaction. Handle group and leisure sales inquiries promptly via email, phone, and video or in- person meetings. Identify and capture new business opportunities within both existing and emerging Asian markets. Build and nurture long-term relationships with travel trade partners and tour operators. Execute sales strategies tailored to each target market segment within Asia. Represent Stream2 at B2B workshops, trade fairs, and networking events across Europe and Asia. Travel regularly for client visits, meetings, and events in Europe and Asia. Manage and follow up on quotations and contracts through our CRM system. Demonstrate leadership, attention to detail, and strong decision-making skills — especially in high-pressure scenarios. Requisitos
- Good understanding of the Asian travel market and its culture. - 1–2 years of experience in Reservations or Sales in the travel or hotel industry — this is a must. - Commercial mindset, preferably with experience in group travel or leisure sales. - Strong communication skills and confidence working with both Asian and European partners. - Comfortable making sales calls and following up with clients. - Problem-solver who stays calm and focused when challenges appear. Well-organised and able to plan, prioritise, and meet deadlines. - Can work with data and use a clear, structured way of thinking. A team player who can also work independently when needed. - Fluent in English and at least one Asian language; any extra European language is a plus. - Positive, proactive, and confident personality. - Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel). - A degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business (or similar practical experience).
