What will be your mission? This position provides legal support across different fields and areas of law and supports the rest of the legal team in its day-to-day work. As a Legal Trainee, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to understand the hospitality business from the inside, contribute to the legal challenges faced by the business in Spain and internationally, and apply technical legal knowledge in a dynamic environment. What will you do? • Provide legal assistance and support to the HQ legal team on projects and day-to-day queries relating to hotels and internal departments, including commercial and marketing, procurement, finance, human resources, sustainability, operations, IT, and asset management. • Review and draft all types of contracts and agreements. • Assist with claims and civil, consumer, and administrative proceedings, including legal research and case law searches for judicial matters. • Assist with the company’s whistleblowing channel tool. • Support the monitoring controls of the company’s crime prevention program. • Assist with corporate and company secretarial matters, including the updating and preparation of official documents such as deeds, contracts, minutes, and certificates. What are we looking for? EXPERIENCE Previous experience in law firms and/or in-house legal departments is valued but not required. QUALIFICATIONS • Law degree from a reputable Spanish university. • A Master’s in Professional Legal Practice and/or a specialization in commercial or corporate law is valued, whether completed or in progress. • Fluent Spanish and English; both are working languages for the role. • Previous experience in law firms and/or in-house legal departments is valued. • Experience using legal databases, managing electronic interactions with public authorities or courts, and working with Excel is also valued. PREFERRED SKILLS • Initiative, proactivity, and a strong willingness to learn. • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. • Interest in working on diverse and varied legal matters. • Honest and transparent approach to work. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to provide practical support across different areas of law in a dynamic business environment.
