With the grand debut of our first Clubhouse in 2026, we are assembling an elite team. If you want to be part of this landmark opening and shape the future of urban hospitality, now is the time to join us! We are looking for a hospitality-driven professional to become the first point of contact for our guests, delivering a warm, attentive, and seamless welcome to our clubhouse. As the face of Ando Living, you will play a key role in shaping the guest journey from the very first interaction. This position is essential in creating memorable experiences while supporting the organization, management, and promotion of our Club. You will contribute to an engaging, efficient environment aligned with our lifestyle hospitality concept and brand values. Responsabilities: -Welcome and assist guests throughout check-in and check-out, acting as a brand ambassador during their entire stay and ensuring a warm, empathetic, and consistent service experience. -Manage reservations, guest requests, complaints, and special requirements with professionalism and care, delivering high-quality and memorable experiences. -Provide personalized service by anticipating guest needs and preferences. -Act as a local host, recommending restaurants, cultural events, and authentic experiences. -Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure operational excellence and seamless service delivery. -Ensure the consistent deliver of the brand’s premium service standards. Requisitos
What we look for: -Previous experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or lifestyle hospitality environments. -Strong customer orientation and a genuine passion for creating memorable guest experiences. -Professional presentation and a positive, proactive attitude. -Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a dynamic environment. -Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability. -Availability to work on-site. -Fluency in English and Portuguese. Proficiency in other languages is valued.
