Your Role as an F&B Intern As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will be the face of our luxury bars and restaurants. Your goal is to create unforgettable "vacation moments" for our guests. Your daily adventures will include: • Guest Interaction: Welcoming guests with a warm, professional attitude and assisting them with menu recommendations. • Service Excellence: Serving food and beverages according to 5-star standards in our themed restaurants, buffets, or poolside bars. • Setting the Stage: Assisting with the setup (mise-en-place) and clearing of tables to ensure a pristine dining environment. • Team Collaboration: Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service flow. • Compliance: Following all health, safety, and hygiene (HACCP) regulations. What We Are Looking For 🌟 • Education: Currently enrolled in a Hospitality, Tourism, or Culinary Arts degree/vocational program. • Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Spanish is highly valued, and any other European languages (German, French, Dutch) are a huge plus! • Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset with a genuine passion for making people happy. • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a polished, professional image. • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic resort environment. Internship Details • Location: Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain. • Duration: Flexible (Minimum 3-6 months preferred). • Type: Full-time internship (Convention/Agreement with your school is required).
