Hostel Receptionist

Tilia Hostel is looking for a friendly, energetic receptionist to join our international team in Faro!

Love meeting travellers, sharing local tips, and being part of a social hostel atmosphere? We’d love to hear from you.

This is a hands-on role where every day is different. You’ll be:

Welcoming guests and handling check-ins & check-outs
Managing payments and reservations
Helping with daily hostel operations
Keeping common areas welcoming, clean and social
Making sure guests have a great stay

We’re looking for someone who is:

Friendly, outgoing and responsible
Positive and eager to learn
Comfortable in a busy, social environment
English B1+ and Portuguese B1+
Hospitality experience is a plus, but not essential - full training provided
You’ll be joining a fun, supportive and international team in the heart of sunny Faro.
