Your main tasksWelcome and assist guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a professional and friendly experience Schedule and manage appointments for treatments, massages, wellness programs, packages, and personal training sessions to maximise therapist efficiency Handle billing and payment processing for all spa services Promote spa treatments and products while providing tailored, professional recommendations Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive and personalised service Actively promote the hotel's services and those of the Michel Reybier Hospitality Group Deliver a range of professional spa treatments in line with established standards Provide personalised consultations and recommend suitable treatments and products Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of treatment rooms and spa areas Manage appointments efficiently to optimise workflow and guest satisfaction Adhere to the hotel's quality standards BenefitsCentral staff accommodation in the heart of Zermatt Employee, Family & Friends room rates and other benefits (for example in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels) A fitness room is available for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt Access to our pool area during designated employee swimming hours Through a development program, you will have access to various training courses, for example with the company Ritzy Discounts on seasonal or annual mountain railway passes with the Zermatt resident card For employees who do not wish or are not able to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we support them—together with our partner hotels—in finding a complementary position
Requisitos
• Reception/front desk operations • Hands-on treatments (massages, facials, body treatments) • Local language + English is mandatory (e.g., German or French is a plus) • Additional languages are a strong advantage in hospitality environments • Strong customer service and communication skills • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to multitask (switching between reception and treatment duties) • Discretion and respect for client privacy • Teamwork and flexibility (weekends, shifts)
