Main TasksHandling correspondence and taking reservations in German, English, and French Check-in / Check-out of our demanding guests Preparing various billing statements Managing restaurant and massage reservations Providing daily support to the concierge/front desk area. Requisitos
• Experience at the front desk of a similar establishment or in direct guest contact • Commercial training at a reception desk, in the tourism industry, or a degree from a hotel management school • Very good German and English skills; French and Italian are an advantage • Knowledge of the Protel-Air reservation system is desirable • Team spirit and commitment • A flexible and resilient personality with excellent manners • Ability to stay organized and remain calm even in hectic situations • Guest-oriented mindset and independent working style
