CasinoHotel VeldenFür die Gastronomie des suchen wir ab April 2026 eine:n Rezeptionist:in, (all genders) Dein Beitrag zum Glück:Du bist mit Leidenschaft Gastgeber:in und stellst sicher, dass sich unsere Hotelgäste wohl & bestens umsorgt fühlen Als die erste Anlaufstelle für unsere Gäste du bist das Gesicht unseres Hotels und Spiegel unserer hohen Servicequalität. Dein freundliches Wesen ist auch am Telefon spürbar, wenn du Reservierungen entgegennimmst oder diverse Auskünfte erteilst. Die Betreuung unserer Seminargäste, von der Reservierung bis zur Durchführung von Konferenzen mit bis zu 30 Teilnehmer:innen fällt ebenfalls in deinen Verantwortungsbereich. Als Organisationstalent koordinierst du unsere Etagenteams und Hausverwalter und hältst stets sämtliche Bälle in der Luft. Nach individueller Absprache kannst du bei uns Voll- oder auch Teilzeit arbeiten. Unser AngebotDie Entlohnung für diese Position richtet sich nach deiner Berufserfahrung und Qualifikation. Wir bieten einen monatlichen Bruttolohn auf Vollzeitbasis ab € 2.300,--
Requisitos
• Eine fachspezifische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung an der Rezeption und/oder in der gehobenen Gastronomie kannst du vorweisen. • Ein freundliches Auftreten sowie perfekte Umgangsformen sind für dich Ehrensache. • Du bist mit Textverarbeitung sowie schriftlicher Gästekorrespondenz vertraut und bist bereit, den Umgang mit neuen EDV-Systemen zu erlernen. • Auch am Telefon spürt man deine Herzlichkeit und Gästeorientiertheit. • Du punktest mit perfekten Deutsch- & guten Englischkenntnissen. • Du bist empathisch mit deinen Teamkolleg:innen und lässt ihnen deine größtmögliche Unterstützung zukommen. • Dein allgemeines Kommunikationstalent umfasst auch perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort & Schrift. • Integrität & Verlässlichkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich.
