Your tasksIl candidato dovrà assistere il Pasticciere a garantire la produzione di pasticceria fresca, da forno, dolci lievitati, prodotti salati, pane, panetteria e occuparsi della realizzazione dei dolci per il servizio alla carte per il ristorante gourmet “I Due Sud”, per il ristorante “La Veranda” come pure i dolci e le torte per gli eventi. Oltre ad avere molta creatività, dovrà coadiuvare il Pasticciere ad ideare nuovi prodotti, programmare cicli produttivi e organizzare gli spazi al meglio.
