Bohemian Entenza is more than a hotel.

We are an independent hospitality project born from a family vision, with the ambition to create something different: a hotel with its own identity, a boutique spirit and a genuine connection to Barcelona.

We are looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and be one of the faces of Bohemian.

What we're looking for
Previous experience in hotel reception or guest relations.
Fluent English; other languages are a plus.
A warm, professional and naturally hospitable attitude.
Someone proactive, organised and comfortable taking initiative.
Most importantly, the right attitude and a genuine passion for hospitality.

Salary: 25.346,58€ gross/year (14 payments), according to the Hospitality Collective Agreement for Barcelona.

You will be joining a project where decisions are made close to the people who make it happen.

Experiência

Entre 1 e 2 anos

* Experiencia previa en recepción de hotel, Front Office o Guest Relations.
* Castellano e inglés: nivel fluido y profesional, tanto oral como escrito.
* Catalán y otros idiomas serán valorados como un plus.
* Experiencia en el uso de PMS hotelero y herramientas de gestión de reservas.
* Conocimientos de reservas, check-in/check-out, facturación y atención al huésped.
* Capacidad para gestionar y responder correos electrónicos y solicitudes de clientes de forma profesional y ágil.
* Buen manejo de herramientas informáticas y facilidad para aprender nuevos sistemas.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización y atención al detalle.
* Persona proactiva, resolutiva y autónoma, capaz de tomar iniciativa en el día a día.
* Orientación al cliente y a la excelencia en el servicio.
* Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y mantener una actitud positiva en momentos de alta ocupación.
* Buena presencia, profesionalidad y sensibilidad por los pequeños detalles.
* Pasión por la hospitalidad y ganas de formar parte de un proyecto independiente en crecimiento.
