We’re launching our very first GoStudent learning centers in Barcelona, and we’re looking for driven Centre Managers to lead the way! This is your chance to join a fast-growing global EdTech company and take ownership of an exciting new hybrid concept that blends online, group, and in-person tutoring. You’ll be at the heart of a passionate team, with real impact on students, families, and the local community. Location: Barcelona (on-site) Contract:Regular- part-time (approx. 20h/week)- or Full time (Negotiable) , with a fixed monthly reimbursement plus a performance-based commission on revenues Your Role in Our Mission - Drive local marketing and sales initiatives as an individual contributor to grow the customer base and achieve ambitious revenue targets - Work alongside and coordinate a local team of tutors (freelancers), fostering an engaging and supportive environment - Oversee the daily operations of the GoStudent centre, ensuring smooth scheduling and top-quality services - Build and nurture relationships with students and parents to ensure excellent learning outcomes and high satisfaction - Monitor key performance indicators and use data-driven insights to optimise results - Maintain a welcoming, safe and well-functioning learning space for students and tutors - Report directly to the Head of Revenue for the market What You Will Bring - A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership and make things happen - Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide your local team - Excellent organisational and prioritisation abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Spanish, Catalá & English - A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding educational experiences - Analytical thinking to track KPIs and turn data into actions and improvements
