Internship Overview We are offering internship opportunities for motivated Les Roches students who wish to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international hospitality environment. Interns will rotate or be assigned to specific departments depending on their academic focus, hotel needs, and availability. Available Areas Internships may be offered in one or more of the following departments: • Front Office & Guest Relations • Food & Beverage Operations • Housekeeping • Events & Banqueting • Sales & Marketing • Human Resources • Revenue Management • Rooms Division Key Responsibilities Depending on the assigned department, the intern will: • Support daily operational activities within the department • Deliver high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction • Assist with administrative and operational tasks • Collaborate with different teams to ensure smooth hotel operations • Learn and apply brand standards, procedures, and service culture • Participate in training sessions and performance reviews Candidate Profile • Current student at Les Roches (internship agreement required) • Strong interest in the hospitality industry • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a multicultural and fast-paced environment • Fluent in English; Spanish and other languages are a plus What We Offer • A valuable professional learning experience in a reputed hotel group • Continuous mentoring and on-the-job training • Exposure to real hotel operations and international standards • Opportunities for professional growth and future career development • A dynamic and supportive work environment
