En InterContinental Barcelona buscamos un/a Cocinero/a apasionado/a por la gastronomía y el trabajo en equipo para formar parte de nuestro equipo de Cocina. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? - Elaborar y presentar los platos siguiendo los estándares de calidad del hotel. - Mantener el orden, la limpieza y el cumplimiento de la normativa APPCC. - Controlar el stock de productos y colaborar en la correcta organización de la cocina. - Trabajar en coordinación con el resto del equipo para ofrecer una experiencia excelente a nuestros huéspedes. ¿Qué buscamos? - Al menos 1 año de experiencia como cocinero/a, preferiblemente en hoteles o restaurantes gastronómicos. - Nivel de español e inglés (se valorarán otros idiomas). - Persona dinámica, proactiva, con capacidad de trabajo en equipo y vocación de servicio. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos. ¿Qué ofrecemos? - Salario competitivo. - Comidas durante el turno. - Uniforme y servicio de lavandería. - Descuentos en hoteles IHG a nivel mundial. - Formación continua y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional dentro de una compañía líder en hotelería de lujo.
