En InterContinental Barcelona buscamos incorporar un/a Ayudante de Cocina para un contrato temporal, con ganas de aprender, trabajar en equipo y formar parte de un hotel de lujo reconocido internacionalmente. ¿Cuáles serán tus funciones? - Dar apoyo al equipo de cocina en la preparación y elaboración de los platos. - Preparar ingredientes y realizar tareas básicas de cocina. - Mantener el orden, la limpieza y la organización de las áreas de trabajo. - Cumplir con la normativa de higiene y seguridad alimentaria (APPCC). - Colaborar con el equipo para garantizar un servicio de calidad. ¿Qué buscamos? - Experiencia previa como Ayudante de Cocina, preferiblemente en hoteles o restaurantes. - Valorable formación en Cocina o Restauración. - Nivel de español; se valorarán conocimientos de inglés. - Persona dinámica, organizada, con actitud positiva y capacidad para trabajar en equipo. - Disponibilidad para trabajar en turnos rotativos, incluidos fines de semana y festivos. ¿Qué ofrecemos? - Contrato temporal. - Turnos seguidos. - Salario competitivo. - Comidas durante el turno. - Uniforme y servicio de lavandería. - Descuentos en hoteles IHG a nivel mundial. - La oportunidad de formar parte de un equipo profesional en un entorno internacional.
