Job Summary: As a senior member of the brigade, you will support the smooth operation of a specific kitchen section. You will ensure the preparation and presentation of dishes meet the hotel’s highest standards, supervise junior staff, and contribute to the daily organization of your section. What will you have to do? • Manage and oversee a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all dishes are consistently prepared to the hotel’s high standards. • Support in daily operations, maintaining excellence in all kitchen activities. • Organize and set up your section efficiently to optimize service speed and quality. • Maintain impeccable cleanliness, hygiene, and order in your work area, including fridges and storage spaces. • Ensure proper stock rotation and assist with inventory control. • Participate in the preparation of daily menus, special dishes, and banquet events, contributing to a top-tier culinary experience for guests.  What are we looking for?  • Fluent in Italian and knowledge of English is a plus. • Previous experience in a kitchen environment. • Be able to run a section and manage a small team. • Be organized and able to communicate effectively with a team. • The job position does not include the accommodation
