•	Gestión integral y tramitación de viajes corporativos end-to-end
•	Atención personalizada a clientes empresa
•	Captación de nuevas cuentas corporativas
•	Desarrollo de proyectos especiales: propuesta, negociación y fidelización
•	Coordinación con proveedores y equipo interno

•	Experiencia senior en ventas o consultoría de business travel
•	Muy valorable cartera activa o historial probado de generación de negocio
•	Orientación a resultados, autonomía y visión estratégica
•	Dominio de herramientas de reservas (Amadeus, Self Booking Tools, etc.)
•	Inglés profesional

Job Purpose

As a Personal Travel Consultant, you will be a key member of our Orient Express Team, in charge of creating memorable experiences with our guests, answering emails and inbound calls and offering guests your knowledgeable recommendations as you reserve their cabins and suites across our various Orient Express products, namely Sailing Yachts, the La Dolce Vita train, our prestigious hotels and the New Orient Express train which will be announced soon.

Main Duties

Demonstrate expert knowledge of the Orient Express brand, acting as a trusted ambassador to inspire confidence and excitement in potential clients while gaining and maintaining loyalty.
Proactively manage and follow up on leads whether low or high potential sales prospects via phone, email, and other communication channels to achieve and exceed sales targets with opportunity to achieve sales incen
