Estamos à procura de um Comercial e um Técnica/o de turismo para integrar a nossa equipa em Caldas da Rainha. 
Serão responsáveis pela criação e promoção de pacotes turísticos, orçamentação, negociação com fornecedores e acompanhamento de reservas. Este é um cargo de tempo integral e requer presença no local.

Core Accountabilities & Performance Indicators 

These indicators are what The Lodge can expect to see when the role is being performed to the required standard. 


Main Duties & Responsibilities 

•	Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve hotel budgets.
•	Identifying and reporting on business opportunities in target markets.
•	Representing the hotel at trade fairs and networking events.
•	Maximising new business development opportunities
•	Build and maintain long-lasting, strong relationships with customers while partnering with them to better understand their business objectives and needs.
•	Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals.
•	Report on forces that shift strategic directions of accounts and tactical budgets.
•	Create sales reports that look at the sales performance, having the ability to analyse data to find trends and problems.
•	Observe local, national, and international trends in the market, to ensure right strategy is in place.
•	Making sure you are fully aware of latest trends, technologies, design, and best practices within hospitality industry.
•	Implement strategies, ensuring deadlines are meet and tasks are completed.
•	Brainstorming/ coordinating/ communicating with Marketing, F&B, Groups & Events teams to create effective projects/Ideas/ strategies to promote the hotel.
•	Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner.
•	Adhere to hotel quality standards.
•	Maintain current and accurate product knowledge and hotel policies.
•	Display and promote a helpful and professional image to both guests and colleagues and to fully cooperate with either guests or colleagues requiring assistance with a prompt and helpful attitude.
•	To consistently deliver 5 stars standard levels of excellence it is the hotel’s aim to encourage all team members to deliver “Above & Beyond” guest expectations as an additional standard of achievement.

<h3>Job mission:</h3>  As Head of Groups &amp; Events Planning, you will be responsible for maximising hotel revenue through the planning, coordination, and delivery of all groups and events. You will lead and develop the Groups &amp; Events Planning team, ensuring seamless execution from contracting to event delivery. Your mission is to drive financial performance across MICE, social events, and related services by implementing strategic planning actions while maintaining the highest standards of guest satisfaction and operational excellence.  <h3>Your responsibilities:</h3>  • Proactively hunt for new high-potential corporate, government and pharmaceutical accounts to drive group and catering revenue. • Achieve a minimum number of weekly sales appointments through office visits, site inspections, FAM trips and virtual meetings. • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within managed accounts. • Negotiate rates in line with hotel objectives, Business Plan targets and a focus on high-ADR production. • Analyse corporate sales performance on a weekly basis, reviewing account production and implementing corrective actions where required. • Review market analysis, RGI performance and competitor activity with the Director of Sales to improve hotel results. • Participate in sales blitzes, roadshows, presentations, networking events, FAM trips and other sales initiatives to achieve annual targets. • Create and execute Account Development Plans in alignment with the Director of Sales and overall sales strategy. • Support wider sales team activities including show rounds, presentations, reports, networking events and special projects.  <h3>What are we looking for:</h3>  • Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills • Proven experience in corporate and group sales within a hotel or hospitality environment • Proactive, results-driven mindset with strong hunting capability • Excellent communication, organisation and analytical skills • Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider sales team
