Role Overview
MATCH Hospitality is looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead the commercialisation of hospitality packages and accommodation-inclusive products for the Formula 1 Madrid project.
This role is focused on high-value B2C and B2B sales, managing clients seeking premium event experiences combined with accommodation and travel-related services.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of hospitality packages, ticket + accommodation bundles, and premium experiences for F1 Madrid.
- Manage and develop a portfolio of national and international clients (B2C, agencies, corporates).
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and sales channels.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value deals.
- Work closely with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery of sold packages.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasting and reporting.
- Represent MATCH Hospitality in client meetings, calls, and industry events when required.
Required Experience & Skills
- Proven experience selling hospitality packages, ticketing products, and accommodation-inclusive offers for major events.
- Solid background in premium or experiential sales.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- High level of organisation and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English (Spanish required; additional languages a plus).
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience working in a travel agency, tour operator, or travel-related sales environment.
- Experience with sports events, large-scale international events, or luxury hospitality products.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and structured sales pipelines.
