About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Bartender position to join the F&B Department at Jumeirah Mallorca. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
-Provide attentive and personalized bar service, preparing and serving beverages according to established recipes and brand standards.
-Mix cocktails and other drinks accurately, ensuring quality, presentation, and compliance with licensing and responsible service policies.
-Maintain the bar area, including setup, cleanliness, stock management, and proper storage of perishable items.
-Process all beverage transactions correctly, assisting in daily reporting and supporting smooth operational workflows.
-Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an exceptional guest experience and uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following qualifications:
-Previous experience working as a bartender or in a similar F&B role within a luxury hospitality environment.
-Comfortable delivering high standards of service in a premium, guest-focused setting.
-Strong knowledge of beverage preparation, cocktail recipes, and responsible alcohol service.
-Excellent interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with colleagues and engage positively with guests.
-Good command of English, both spoken and written, to communicate effectively in a multicultural environment.
