Für die Giardino Group suchen wir nach Vereinbarung eine/n: Reservations & Front Office Specialist (m/w) #aboutthejobZu Deinen vielseitigen Aufgaben zählen die Annahme und Bearbeitung von Zimmerreservierungen für unsere derzeit drei Hotels, eine professionelle und herzliche Telefonbetreuung sowie kompetente Beratung und aktiver Verkauf. Darüber hinaus bist Du für das Ein- und Auschecken der Gäste, die Betreuung vor Ort sowie Kassenabrechnungen zuständig. • Abgeschlossene Berufslehre in der Hotellerie oder im kaufmännischen Sektor • Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position in der Luxushotellerie • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und Protel PMS • Pflichtbewusstsein, Belastbarkeit, Flexibilität und Begeisterungsfähigkeit • Ausgeprägte Gastgebereigenschaften und ein Gespür dafür unseren Gästen unvergessliche 5* Ferien zu ermöglichen • Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch (Muttersprache oder C1) und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache wie z.B. Italienisch oder Französisch von Vorteil • Einen respektvollen Umgang mit Kollegen und Vorgesetzten • Ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und sicheres Auftreten
