Job description
What will be your mission?
We are looking for a Social Media & Content Manager to join the Creative Hub at Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.
This role will be key in supporting the development and execution of our social media and content strategy across a diverse portfolio of brands, including NH Hotels, NH Collection, nhow, Tivoli, Avani, Anantara, iStay Hotels by NH and other growing brands within the group.
We are looking for someone who understands that social media is no longer just a publishing channel. It is a space where brands build relevance, connect with audiences, generate influence, drive consideration and create content that can support the wider business. The ideal candidate will combine creative judgement, strategic thinking and strong operational skills. Someone who can review a Reel, challenge a visual, improve a copy, coordinate a campaign, analyse performance and understand what makes a brand feel culturally relevant.
This person will act as a key partner to the Director of Creative Content, helping connect strategy, creativity, content, influencers and performance across the social media ecosystem.
What will you do?
Social media strategy & planning
• Support the development and implementation of the social media strategy across several brands within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas.
• Translate brand priorities, business needs and campaign objectives into social-first content plans.
• Coordinate always-on content calendars, campaign rollouts and key brand moments.
• Identify opportunities to improve how each brand shows up across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Ensure consistency between brand positioning, content strategy and platform behaviour.
Creative content development
• Develop and support social-first content ideas, formats and storytelling approaches.
• Review creative assets, Reels, videos, copies and campaign adaptations, ensuring they are relevant, engaging and platform-native.
• Provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback to agencies, internal teams and stakeholders.
• Help build content series, campaign concepts and creative formats that can be scaled across brands and markets.
• Ensure content feels human, relevant, distinctive and aligned with each brand’s identity.
Campaigns, agencies & stakeholder coordination
• Coordinate social media deliverables with agencies, hotels, brand teams, marketing stakeholders and external partners.
• Prepare and manage creative briefs, timelines, feedback rounds and delivery processes.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brand and adapted to the needs of each channel.
• Act as a bridge between strategic direction and day-to-day execution.
• Support the implementation of more efficient workflows, templates and guidelines.
Influencer & creator marketing
• Support influencer and creator marketing projects, from profile evaluation to campaign follow-up.
• Assess creator profiles based on brand fit, audience quality, reach, content style, storytelling ability and performance potential.
• Help define deliverables, content expectations and usage opportunities.
• Monitor influencer outputs and support campaign recaps.
• Identify creators, formats and collaboration opportunities that can strengthen brand visibility and content generation.
Performance, reporting & insights
• Monitor key social media KPIs, including reach, views, engagement, saves, shares, follower growth, traffic and campaign performance.
• Analyse results and translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
• Support monthly, campaign and ad hoc reporting.
• Identify what is working, what is not and what can be optimised.
• Help connect social media performance with wider marketing and business objectives.
Requirements
Requirements:
• +6 years of experience in social media, content, digital marketing, creative strategy or a related field.
• Experience working with lifestyle, travel, hospitality, fashion, beauty, entertainment, premium or consumer-facing brands.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and current social media behaviours.
• Ability to turn brand messages into social-first content ideas.
• Strong creative judgement and visual sensitivity.
• Excellent copywriting skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience coordinating content calendars, agencies, campaigns and creative production.
• Good understanding of social media metrics and reporting.
• Experience or strong interest in influencer and creator marketing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, brands and stakeholders at the same time.
• Comfortable giving and receiving feedback.
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude.
• High level of organisation, ownership and attention to detail.
Nice to have
• Experience in hospitality, travel or luxury/lifestyle brands.
• Experience with tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Traackr, Primetag, Canva or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of paid social and content amplification.
• Experience working in international or matrix organisations.
• Understanding of brand governance and multi-brand environments.
• Sensitivity towards visual storytelling, video editing trends and creator-led content.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with strong social media instinct, creative sensitivity and strategic curiosity.
Someone who does not see social media as a checklist of posts, but as a space where brands can build culture, relevance and influence.

We are looking for someone with potential. Someone eager to grow, learn, take ownership and become a key part of the team.
