For our restaurant in Berlin, we are looking for the best Bakers
YOUR GOALS:
• Stock management and inventory control
• Recipe development for the test menu
• Quality control and responsibility for mise en place, with knowledge of hygiene and safety regulations
• Proficiency in oven use and basic dough preparation skills
• Training of junior staff
• Onboarding and team motivation
