Responsabilities & Tasks OFRECER EL MAYOR ESTANDAR DE SERVICIO A LOS/LAS HUESPEDES • Saludar a los/las huéspedes y clientes/as que entran en el restaurante, verificar número de habitación o reserva y guiarlos a sus mesas. • Dar a conocer las promociones y facilitar cualquier información que los/las huéspedes requieran del restaurante. • Asegurar la comodidad de los/las huéspedes y clientes/as en el caso de que éstos tengan que esperar. • En momentos de alta ocupación, trabajar junto con el personal para asegurar la fluidez del servicio. • Asegurar que todas las mesas han sido limpiadas y organizadas correctamente antes de sentar a los/las huéspedes y clientes/as. En caso de ser necesario, ayudar en la limpieza y eliminación de cubiertos y menaje usados. • Supervisar la zona de restaurante y colindantes para cerciorarse de que todo está limpio y sin desperfectos.
