En AC Hotel Málaga Palacio buscamos un/a Camarero/a de Sala para incorporarse a nuestro equipo. Si te apasiona la hostelería, disfrutas del trato con el cliente y te motiva ofrecer un servicio de calidad en un entorno dinámico y profesional, ¡queremos conocerte!

¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
Dar la bienvenida a los clientes y ofrecer una atención cercana, profesional y personalizada.
Tomar comandas y servir alimentos y bebidas siguiendo los estándares de calidad del hotel.
Asesorar a los clientes sobre la carta, resolver sus dudas y atender sus peticiones especiales.
Gestionar las comandas y los cobros mediante el sistema de gestión.
Velar por la satisfacción de los clientes durante todo el servicio, anticipándote a sus necesidades.
Preparar, montar y mantener las mesas y estaciones de servicio en perfecto estado.
Realizar las tareas de apertura y cierre de sala, incluyendo la preparación de materiales, limpieza y reposición de menaje.
Preparar y mantener abastecidas las estaciones de trabajo, cafetería, carros y demás puntos de servicio.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de orden, limpieza, higiene y seguridad alimentaria.
Colaborar con el equipo de sala y cocina para ofrecer un servicio ágil, coordinado y de excelencia.
