We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Head Sushi Chef to join the team at Bâoli Dubai — a luxurious dining destination that blends upscale Asian-Mediterranean cuisine with high-energy, theatrical flair. - Lead and manage the sushi kitchen team, ensuring precision, consistency, and elevated presentation standards
- Prepare and execute a variety of sushi, sashimi, and maki with exceptional attention to detail and product quality
- Curate and maintain a sushi menu that complements Bâoli’s Asian-French fusion concept and luxury positioning
- Ensure strict adherence to HACCP, food hygiene, and safety regulations at all times
- Oversee inventory control, ordering of premium ingredients, and minimize waste while maintaining food cost targets
- Train, supervise, and mentor junior sushi chefs and kitchen staff to ensure high performance and brand consistency
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to execute seasonal menu changes and chef’s specials
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient sushi counter and prep area, even during peak service
- Monitor guest feedback and uphold the Bâoli standard of theatrical, guest-focused service
- Stay up to date with global sushi trends, techniques, and presentation to keep the offering fresh and innovative
