Funciones: • Recibir a los clientes y atender las mesas sin tardanza • Servir comida y bebida a los clientes, haciendo recomendaciones si es necesario • Utilizar tus conocimientos del menú para responder las preguntas de los clientes y atender sus peticiones especiales • Procesar correctamente operaciones en el sistema MICROS • Verificar la satisfacción de los clientes con cada plato y bebida • Limpiar las mesas, realizar las labores de cierre y reponer servicios de mesa y otros artículos • Realizar labores de apertura y cierre, incluyendo preparación de todos los artículos necesarios, limpieza de zonas y equipos, cierre de puertas, etc. • Preparar, surtir y mantener áreas de trabajo. • Seguir las instrucciones establecidas para mantener limpias y en orden las áreas de trabajo • Preparar servicios de café, carritos y puestos con todo lo necesario Contrato temporal: septiembre - diciembre MEDIA JORNADA, 4H
