At Ikos Andalucía, we are looking for an Executive Sous Chef to join our award-winning culinary team and help deliver exceptional dining experiences across our restaurants, buffets, and premium outlets.
Your Mission
As Executive Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Executive Chef to ensure excellence in every plate, every service, and every guest interaction. You will lead with consistency, precision, and inspiration.
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations and service execution
✅ Lead and motivate kitchen teams across multiple outlets
✅ Ensure top-level food quality, presentation, and consistency
✅ Maintain strict hygiene, HACCP standards, and kitchen organization
✅ Control food costs, manage stock, reduce waste, and optimize productivity
✅ Train, develop, and elevate team performance and culinary standards
✅ Ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint, every service
What We’re Looking For
🔹 Proven experience as Sous Chef / Executive Sous Chef in 5-star hotels or luxury resorts
🔹 Strong leadership skills and ability to manage large teams under pressure
🔹 Passion for high-end gastronomy and premium service standards
🔹 High attention to detail and strong operational discipline
🔹 English required (additional languages are a plus)
🔹 EU work eligibility preferred
