En una cocina de ritmo intenso en Ponta Delgada, el Chef lidera la creación de experiencias gastronómicas memorables para un entorno de restauración exigente y orientado a la calidad. Este puesto ejecutivo requiere una presencia sólida en cocina, capacidad para dirigir equipos y asegurar estándares consistentes en cada servicio. Responsabilidades: diseñar y ejecutar menús, supervisar la preparación y presentación de platos, gestionar inventarios y control de costes, coordinar al personal de cocina y mantener estrictos protocolos de higiene y seguridad alimentaria. Requisitos: entre 5 y 10 años de experiencia como Chef, inglés intermedio como idioma obligatorio, disponibilidad para contrato fijo de mínimo 1 año, jornada completa y residencia en la Unión Europea. No se exigen titulaciones, pero sí liderazgo, organización, creatividad culinaria y dominio de técnicas de cocina. Beneficios: salario bruto mensual entre 2500 € y 3500 €, estabilidad en un contrato de duración determinada, tres vacantes disponibles y la oportunidad de desarrollarse en el sector de restaurante en Portugal.

What you’ll do: - Develop and execute a seasonal menu that complements our speciality coffee and elevates the customer experience. - Lead and inspire a small kitchen team, ensuring smooth daily operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and efficiency. - Uphold the highest standards of presentation, taste, and hygiene. - Work hand in hand with the owners—hospitality professionals with over 20 years of experience—bringing passion, innovation, and commitment to every dish. - Manage stock, suppliers, and costs effectively to maintain a well-organised and profitable kitchen. - Proven experience as a Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chef or/and Pastry Chef or similar role, preferably in high-quality cafés, bakeries, or restaurants. - Strong skills in both classic techniques and modern pastry trends. - A creative mindset with the ability to design original and exciting menus. - Natural leadership qualities, with the ability to guide and motivate a small team. - Reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence every day.
