We are seeking a proactive, responsible individual with great attention to detail, passionate about supporting the housekeeping operations and ensuring that all areas of the resort remain impeccable-from the lobby and hallways to outdoor spaces and public facilities. If you enjoy working in an elegant environment, are motivated by visual perfection, and take pride in creating a clean, welcoming, and well-maintained atmosphere for our guests, we want you on our team! Your main responsibilities will include: • Act as a liaison between the Housekeeping team and other resort areas, ensuring the quick and efficient delivery of materials, amenities, and supplies. • Transport clean linen, requested items, and equipment to guest rooms and assigned areas. • Assist in restocking carts and workstations so the team has everything they need. • Respond promptly to special requests from guests or team members, maintaining discretion and The Ritz-Carlton service standards. • Report any issues or needs identified during your shift. • Comply with safety and risk prevention standards, as well as the resort's sustainability policies. What we expect from you... • Previous experience in public area cleaning or operational support (preferably in hotels or resorts). • Strong sense of organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. • Positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to quality. • Good physical condition to perform continuous movement and transport tasks. • Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Basic level of English or Spanish (additional languages are a plus). • Valid work permit for Spain.
