Job description
Mission: To be responsible for maintaining a safe and clean environment according to the set standards in order to provide guests with an exceptional experience. What will I be doing? • Maintains the overall cleanliness of rooms and public areas by cleaning thoroughly as specified in the departmental SOPs. • Maximises job efficiency by maintaining supplies and working equipment as instructed and by adhering to SOPs and training. • Wear safety protection equipment as provided in line with the department regulations and any local legislative requirements. • Maintain the upkeep of uniform and provided tools given. • Monitor and control supplies and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping. • Respond to complaints, and special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction. • Performs other cleaning duties as required. What are we looking for? • The ideal candidate must have 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in the field or in the hospitality industry. • Must be customer service driven and detail-oriented. • Must be a team player and have good verbal and written communication skills in English.
