Job Overview: Friendly and Professional Receptionist We are seeking to hire a Receptionist to join our dynamic team at RIU Hotels & Resorts. This role is crucial in ensuring our hospitality standards continue to make a notable impact on our guests' experience. Key Responsibilities • Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and hospitable demeanor. • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently. • Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. • Handle phone calls and emails from guests and prospective clients. Essential Skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to multitask and handle a busy reception area efficiently. • Attention to detail and organizational skills. • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with hotel management software.
