For our BIG TEAMS in Dubai, we are looking for the very best Pastry Commis 🍸✨ Your Mission: • Work in a brigade where you will be trained on all the fundamentals of the profession. • Develop your knowledge of Big Mamma’s pastries & desserts — a meeting point between traditional Italian recipes and the basics of French pastry techniques. • Learn to organize yourself, manage priorities, and communicate effectively with the rest of the team in a dynamic environment. • Gain autonomy and adopt the right habits in the daily production of desserts (stock checks, following recipes, minimizing waste, hygiene, etc.) Our Offer: • Guaranteed service charge & tips • A meal prepared with love by our team before each service, plus a 15% discount in all restaurants of the Group • Plenty of opportunities for professional growth, national and international mobility and much more!
