Ihre Herausforderung Du bist von A bis Z der Ansprechpartner unserer Gäste während des gesamten Aufenthalts und verantwortlich für den Check-In, Check-Out sowie die Belegungsoptimierung. Vorbereitung und Inkasso der Gastrechnungen. Führung einer eigenen Kasse. Entgegennahme von Reservationen und Buchungen per Telefon und Mail. Du arbeitest in einem Team und bist immer bereit, deine Kollegen bei Bedarf zu unterstützen Schnittstellen des Hotels für Kommunikation, Koordination & Informationsaustausch mit allen Abteilungen Unser AngebotMitarbeit in einem kleinen, leistungsbereiten Team flache Hierarchien und kurze Kommunikations- und Entscheidungswege zeitgemässe und faire Anstellungsbedingungen (5-Tage-Woche) Arbeitszeit 60-100% nach Absprache möglich Attraktiver Arbeitsplatz inmitten vom Park und direkt am See
Requirements
• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Receptionist/-in an einer Hotelfachschule und/oder längere Berufspraxis an der Reception • Ein freundliches & sicheres Auftreten gegenüber unseren vielfältigen Gästen • Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität gegenüber Vorgesetzten und Mitarbeitern • Sicherer Umgang mit den MS Office Programmen • Sehr gute Deutsch-Kenntnisse und italienisch von grossem Vorteil. • Flair für Organisation und Kreativität
