Requirements
• Verantwortung für die Produktion von Speisen im Frühstücksservice • Mise-en-place, Aufbau und Befüllung des Frühstücksbuffets • Zubereitung von Eier- und Mehlspeisen, ggf. internationalen Spezialitäten • Selbstständige Sicherstellen eines professionellen Mise en place • Zuständig für einen optimalen Produktionsablauf • Einhaltung der Hygiene- und Sicherheitsstandards • Zuständig für eine ordentliche Handhabung der Lebensmittel und Arbeitsmaterialien
