La struttura si compone di un totale di 7 camere, per un totale di 14 posti letto e dispazi comuni come il Ristorante con 44 posti a sedere (distribuiti tra gli ambienti interni e gli spazi esterni delle terrazze);si aggiungono poi l'economato e la cucina completamente nuova che si presenta con le tecnologie più attuali, nonché l'adiacente reception per l'accoglienza degli Ospiti. Your tasksI candidati devono avere una solida esperienza nella ristorazione e nell'albergheria, uno spiccato orientamento ad un servizio personalizzato per gli Ospiti locali ed internazionali, nonché una buona conoscenza della cucina ticinese e lombarda. La conoscenza approfondita nel campo del marketing, del territorio, geografia, ambiente, così come della cultura locale, sociale e regionale saranno indispensabili. L'attitudine al lavoro con strumenti informatici, doti comunicative e capacità di sviluppare programmi ricreativi, così come una rete di networking con gli Enti Pubblici Istituzionali e Turistici, saranno altrettanto importanti.
