• Solid Foundation: You possess a degree in hotel management or a comparable qualified training. • Wealth of Experience: You look back on several years of professional experience in the upscale hotel industry, ideally having already proven your skills in a leadership role. • Leadership Personality: You impress with natural authority, organizational talent, and excellent communication skills. • Commitment: A strong "hands-on" mentality characterizes you, as do resilience and flexibility in daily operations. • Language Skills: Business-fluent English is essential for this position. Italian skills are a major asset; German skills are also welcome. • Demeanor: As a representative host, you always act professionally, are guest-oriented, and promote team spirit. • Special Note: We prefer to find a strong team – applications from couples are explicitly welcome and encouraged. • Fundierte Basis: Sie verfügen über einen Abschluss im Hotelmanagement oder eine vergleichbare qualifizierte Ausbildung. • Erfahrungsschatz: Sie blicken auf mehrere Jahre Berufserfahrung in der gehobenen Hotellerie zurück und konnten Ihre Fähigkeiten idealerweise bereits in einer Führungsposition unter Beweis stellen. • Führungspersönlichkeit: Sie überzeugen durch natürliche Autorität, Organisationstalent und exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit. • Einsatzbereitschaft: Eine ausgeprägte „Hands-on“-Mentalität zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität im Tagesgeschäft. • Sprachkompetenz: Verhandlungssicheres Englisch ist für diese Position unerlässlich.
