- Entender principales Kpis RM (OCC, REVPAR, ADR, ABR, BRR, etc..)
- Uso y entender las diferentes herramientas principales de Revenue Management – Melia (Venta Centralizada, Duetto, Ota Insight, MeliaSwitch, JIRA, etc..). Usali/DAFO.
- Proceso forecast en hoteles urbanos (Duetto/ no Duetto)
- Análisis de pricing, pirámide de precios en destinos MHI, compset pricing, aplicación pricing strategy, etc..
- Influencia de eventos y seguimiento de los mismos (Semana Santa, Half term, ferias en urbano, etc..)
- Seguimiento de grupos, leads. Análisis desplazamiento demanda, tarifas landing.
- Análisis demanda y resultados (Lead, Los, RTP, nacionalidades, canales, segmentos, STR, etc..)
- Principales acciones Canales y resultados/seguimiento.
- Entender BR Hotel (Imputación, minuta, etc..) y relación interdepartamental en BR/ día a día.
- Pricing y netos
