Those are the Key Responsibilities:
• Day to day management of the portfolio of accounts ensuring that their daily trading is constantly analysed, observed, and optimized (ensuring client engagement, mapping, product optimisation etc).
• To gain an in-depth understanding of all clients, their set up, their technology, their focus areas, in order to maximize opportunities & sales growth.
• To build strong and influential relationships with new and existing clients and IT houses to be able to create new sales opportunities.
• To finalise agreements, overrides and incentives as when necessary.
• To represent the company at tradeshows, conferences, and some client events with a focus on raising the company profile and building awareness on our brand.
• Extensive travel to meet new and/or existing clients when needed.
• Act as point of contact between the clients and the different teams at the Head Office.
• To suggest solutions and bring innovative ideas.
• To deliver new clients, whilst looking after our existing clients in the market.
• Other duties as directed by the Regional Manager and/or Head of Global Sales.
