We are currently looking for experienced Chef de Partie / Independent cooks to join professional kitchens across the Netherlands. You will work in hotels, resorts, beach clubs and holiday parks, gaining valuable international hospitality experience while working in dynamic and multicultural kitchen teams. This opportunity is ideal for chefs who want to work abroad, improve their culinary experience and join professional kitchens in Europe.
Salary & Benefits
• €17 gross per hour (excluding housing) (approximately €2,799 gross per month)
• Average 38 working hours per week
• Weekly salary payments
• Meals during shifts often included (depending on location)
• Full support with BSN registration, accommodation and onboarding
Estimated monthly net income
• Net salary without accommodation: approximately €2,350 – €2,500 net per month
• Net salary with shared accommodation and room and health insurance: approximately €1,650 – €1,800 net per month
• Net salary with a private room and health insurance: approximately €1,450 – €1,600 net per month
Please note:
The estimate does not include 8% holiday allowance as monthly net pay
The 25 vacation days per year are not added separately, because these are usually part of the employment conditions as paid leave, not extra salary. (Amounts are approximate and may vary depending on personal tax situation.)
Accommodation is available and organized by our partners.
• Shared room: €123.50 per week
• Private room: €170 per week (limited availability)
• Accommodation includes Fully furnished housing, WiFi and utilities included
• Maximum 40 minutes travel time to work
Transportation
• Free city bike
• E-bike: €17.50 per week
• E-scooter: €25 per week (subject to availability)
Health Insurance
The mandatory Dutch health insurance will be arranged by our partners. Cost: approximately €38 per week
Responsibilities
• Prepare hot and cold dishes independently
• Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Keep the workstation clean and organized
• Work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef
• Support junior kitchen staff
• Contribute to a professional kitchen environment.
