🎯 Mission
Under the direction of the Front Office Manager and in compliance with Meliá Hotels policies and local regulations, oversee all Bell Service and Transportation operations. Ensure a consistently high standard of guest service, operational efficiency, and safety while promoting a work culture of trust, integrity, and respect in line with the Meliá Brand values.
📌 Main Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate all Bell Service and Transportation activities, ensuring smooth guest arrivals, departures, and luggage handling in accordance with hotel standards.
• Ensure Bell and Transportation staff are well-groomed, punctual, properly scheduled, and perform assigned duties efficiently and professionally.
• Provide accurate information to guests regarding hotel facilities, services, Food & Beverage outlets, and local points of interest, always prioritizing hotel services where appropriate.
• Maintain lobby orderliness and ensure hotel information boards and directories are current and accurate at all times.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules, leave planning, and manpower allocation based on occupancy forecasts, group movements, and operational needs.
• Handle guest concerns related to Bell and Transportation services and coordinate with department heads or Management in the absence of the Duty Manager.
• Support staff performance and development in coordination with Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, training, coaching, performance evaluation, and discipline.
• Assist in the preparation and control of the departmental budget, monitoring costs to ensure performance aligns with approved budgets.
• Ensure full compliance with Occupational Health & Safety, fire, emergency, and security procedures; identify and report hazards, incidents, and accidents according to hotel policy.
• Maintain effective communication and positive working relationships with Front Office, Human Resources, and other department
🎓 Main Requirements
• College Degree or above
• Vietnamese: Excellent written and spoken
• English: Good written and spoken
• Strong computer and business correspondence skills
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role within a 5-star or deluxe hotel
• Internal candidates: Minimum 3 years in a comparable position within hotels of similar standards
