You’ll work closely with the F&B Director to ensure high standards, efficient resource use, and memorable guest experiences. 💼 What You Will Do
• 📋 Operational Excellence & Strategy Implementation
• Implement F&B methodology, SOPs, and service standards.
• Support projects, tools, and programmes aligned with the company’s F&B strategy.
• Collaborate on pricing strategies for events and meetings.
• 📊 Financial Oversight & KPI Management
• Prepare and monitor budgets, costs, and revenues.
• Track KPIs including raw material costs, productivity, and profitability.
• Analyze cost/revenue ratios and support corrective action plans.
• 👥 Team Coordination & HR Support
• Manage staffing levels and team schedules.
• Identify talent and support development plans.
• Promote wellness, training, and social media visibility.
• 🍽️ Service Quality & Guest Experience
• Ensure consistency and excellence across all outlets.
• Personalize guest experiences and resolve incidents.
• Share Voice of the Customer goals and support improvement plans.
• 🌱 Sustainability & Local Integration
• Promote local gastronomy and healthy eating habits.
• Implement food waste reduction initiatives.
• Encourage sustainable sourcing and waste separation.
• 🧯 Health & Safety Compliance
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE use.
• Support risk assessments and HACCP standards.
• Participate in hotel evacuation and protection protocols.
🔍 What We Are Looking For🎓 Education & Training
• University degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or similar.
🗣️ Languages
• Fluency in the local language and advanced English.
• A third language is highly valuable.
💡 Specific Knowledge & Skills
• Knowledge of kitchen operations and POS systems (e.g., REVO).
• Advanced Office 365 skills.
• Strong teamwork, service orientation, and strategic thinking.
• Creativity, innovation, and excellent communication.
📆 Experience
• Minimum 1 year as a Restaurant Manager or in a team leadership role.
