We are looking for a General Manager for our hotel in Rotterdam.
This is your opportunity to lead a dynamic team, drive the strategic and operational success of a flagship property, and elevate the guest experience in one of Europe’s most vibrant cities.
What will you be responsible for?
• Full leadership and operational management of the hotel, ensuring excellence across all departments.
• Development and execution of the hotel’s commercial and financial strategy to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Oversight of guest experience, ensuring the highest standards of service and satisfaction.
• Team leadership: recruitment, training, motivation, and performance management of department heads and staff.
• Monitoring of budgets, financial reports, KPIs, and cost‑control measures.
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards, health & safety regulations, and local legislation.
• Building strong relationships with clients, partners, suppliers, and local institutions.
• Identifying opportunities for improvement, innovation, and operational efficiency.
What are we looking for?
• Previous experience as a General Manager or Hotel Manager in 4* or 5* properties.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑development skills.
• Solid understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, and financial analysis.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands‑on management style.
• High level of customer orientation and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English and Dutch; Spanish is a strong plus.
• Passion for hospitality and a drive for excellence.
