Mission: As Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations across all meal periods. You will ensure that our service reflects the high standards of the ME brand, lead and inspire the team, and contribute to the restaurant’s financial and operational success. What will you have to do? Guarantee a consistently outstanding guest experience, anticipating needs and creating personalized moments.Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations across breakfast, lunch, and dinner services, ensuring smooth and efficient execution.Lead, motivate, and support the team, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and accountability.Monitor budgets, costs, and revenues, analyze P&L performance, and implement corrective actions with the F&B Director when necessary.Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, health, and food safety standards (HACCP), and manage any corrective measures effectively.Handle guest feedback and incidents with professionalism, coordinating with the Guest Experience team to guarantee satisfaction.What are we looking for? Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury hospitality or upscale dining.Strong leadership, people management, and decision-making abilities.Service- and quality-driven mindset, with a keen eye for detail and innovation.Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are an advantage.Solid knowledge of F&B operations, food handling, hygiene, and safety standards.Highly proactive, organized, and committed to delivering excellence under pressure.
