Key Responsibilities
• Prepare and serve beverage orders accurately according to recipes and service standards.
• Maintain full knowledge of all bar products, cocktails, and beverage recipes.
• Consistently upsell beverages and promote special offers to maximize revenue.
• Deliver high-quality, efficient, and friendly customer service at all times.
• Prepare mise en place and complete assigned side duties before and after service.
• Collect and manage all general and food & beverage requisitions.
• Adhere strictly to established opening and closing procedures for the outlet.
• Monitor and maintain beverage stock levels; ensure proper rotation and freshness.
• Prepare garnishes for cocktails and ensure all beverage items are correctly presented.
• Keep the bar counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Control and minimize spoilage, wastage, and breakage of operating supplies.
• Handle guest inquiries courteously and efficiently, maintaining excellent guest relations.
• Build rapport with guests to encourage repeat business and positive experiences.
• Perform cashiering functions accurately, following all outlet cashiering procedures.
• Ensure premium liquors are properly displayed and stocked according to defined standards.
• Maintain readiness of all cocktail garnishes prior to bar opening.
• Train and coach new team members through on-the-job training and guidance.
• Support the F&B department with additional duties as required by business needs.
• Assist in training employees to improve efficiency and skill levels.
• Participate in monthly, quarterly, biannual, and annual inventory counts of operating equipment.
• Assist the manager in updating and promoting current beverage offers and promotions.
• Perform end-of-shift closing duties accurately and efficiently.
