Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate branding initiatives to achieve defined marketing objectives; Collaborate with communication and design external agencies to coordinate content and campaigns across channels.
• Manage media coverage and oversee the paid social media budget; Ensure all advertising and promotional messages comply with InterContinental and IHG brand standards.
• Maintain brand consistency across all communication materials and digital platforms; Develop, manage, and create content for guest communication channels, including in-room TVs, flyers and other on-site promotional collateral, ensuring consistent messaging and promotion of offers.
• Plan, coordinate, and promote hotel F&B actions and experiences, including management and content creation of F&B outlets channels.
• Design customer offers aligned with the annual marketing calendar and coordinate all implementation phases; Enhance hotel visibility and brand awareness through social media and digital channels; Support management of social media accounts, including content creation and community engagement.
• Create and curate engaging content (articles, blogs, newsletters, visuals, videos) to promote hotel offerings and exclusive packages; Manage and optimize the hotel website, update OTA content, and monitor performance using analytics tools.
• Develop, execute, and distribute email marketing campaigns and newsletters; Assist with photo and video shoots and support the organization of promotional and brand events.
• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, email marketing, paid media); Identify target markets and adapt marketing initiatives to specific guest profiles.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, including ROI and qualitative and quantitative reporting; Recommend corrective actions and continuously improve SEO performance (keywords, content, image optimization).
• Prepare marketing materials to support internal communication; Develop and execute brand activation initiatives, partnerships, or events on-site.

Profile & Requirements
• Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field; Previous experience in marketing, preferably within luxury hospitality or tourism; Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools; Excellent Written and verbal communications skills in Portuguese and English;
