Your Task:
As a sous chef (m/f/d) you are an important part of our creative team and responsible for the preparation and cooking of our dishes, especially in the à la carte area. You will lead, motivate and train your team, take orders and play an active role in designing our menus. In close coordination with the General Manager and other departments, you will ensure that our guests enjoy an unforgettable culinary experience.
Your area of responsibility is varied and creative:
From casual fine dining à la carte to menus and buffets for conferences - with us you have the freedom and opportunity to bring your ideas and trends to the menu while working in a modern environment
Your Profil:
- Completed cookery training and relevant professional experience
- Leadership skills and team spirit
- Training licence is an advantage
- Good knowledge of German and English
- Passion for good food and creativity
- Flexibility and commitment
- Host mentality and an open nature
