• Mainly responsible for the management, motivation, inspiration and guidance of the kitchen staff and trainee chefs
• Placing orders
• Implementing innovative and trend-conscious menus and designing our menus 
• Ensuring and monitoring correct compliance with HACCP guidelines 
• Providing versatile support to the team from the breakfast to casual fine dining à la carte to menus and buffets for conferences
• Close cooperation with the hotel manager and other departments

 

 

 

What are we looking for?

 

• Completed apprenticeship as a chef or similar qualification
• Professional experience as a head chef (m/f/d) or sous chef (m/f/d)
• At least 3 years of leadership skills
• High awareness of food trends
• Know-how of social media and interest to show your skills
• High level of English
• Creative and passionate person with quality awareness
• Flexibility and commitment
• Host mentality and teamplayer
